Golden-OSD 2.49 for ALTDVB



What is new?
- Some improvements for internal EPG parser;
- Show a complete extended description what ever the packet size is.
- Show events of channels which use table 55 (no extended description).
- Auto EPG language encoding (optional) Default is enable.
- Add new OSD window to show next event descriptions separetltly.
- Fixed excess CPU usage during EPG parsing with some channels,
It will show events faster than ever.
- Minor fix for twinhan remote.
- Minor fix for channel list in case of duplicated channel.
- some other updates.
* PLZ delete old GldenOSD.ini .

Hint:-
- All what you need to show EPG in your local language Is to set your windows local language;
For example:-
Control Panel--Regional and Language Options--Advanced--
then select your language from (Language for non-Unicode programs).

Golden-OSD 2.50 for ALTDVB

What is new?
- Rewrite channel list code;
- Rewrite control procedures for all remotes and kb.
- Rewrite call channel by number procedure.
- Channels will be loaded at start up or at osd filter change;
- This lets channel list be shown extremely faster than ever.
- OSD channel filters will be the same as ALT-DVB's at startup.
- OSD filters will change ALT-DVB filters (fav-cat-sat-serv).
- Add new OSD window to control by mouse, point your mouse pointer to the top.....).
- Add new service filter category (Favorite TV).
- IF a channel is a member of multiple favorites, All of them will be loaded to info column.
- Some other fixes and updates.

Hint:-
* Loading all satellites without using any filter will cause some daily at startup, so it's recommended to use filters.
* However channel list will be shown immediately when you press its hotkey even if you load all satellites.

** to number chandelles please follow these steps:-
Plugins menu - GoldenOSD - OSD Settings -
Channel List Settings;
Then
Select a satellite form "Select SAT";
Select the type of channels you want to renumber (ALL/Favorite) from" Renumbering mode".
Then press "Enumerate".
It's recommended to use the number beside the "Enumerate" button to avoid conflict between channels.
Show OSD channel list to see channels' numbers.

Golden-OSD 2.51 for ALTDVB

What is new?
- Now It is working
again with both of AltDVB 2.1 and 2.2
- For Altdvb 2.1 it will load
all activated satellites at startup.
- For Altdvb 2.2 it will load
all activated satellites or a single satellite depending on altdvb sat
filter.
- Add new option to show OSD at startup, can be disabled with
altdvb 2.2 only.
- Add new option to show OSD when channel is
changed.
- All Twinhan remote and KB keys will be activated only if
Altdvb is the active window.
- Fixed some bugs occur when video is
disabled, Video Decoder is changed and channels scan.
- some other
minor fixes.
- this version should be completely stable, there is no
any known bug.

* please delete old GoldenOSD.ini .
* If you
have any bug, please report it at DVBN forum.
* For Altdvb 2.1 users
only (AltCMD.exe must be placed in altdvb folder) so that you can change
channel via OSD.

What is new?
- KB and Twimhan control behaviors changed completely.
- It will not monitor keys any more; it will trap plugin's shortcuts inside altdvb only.
- More than one key can be assigned as a hot key.

What is new?

- Add OSD sleep timer (channel change then record for 90 min, exit, log off,
- Stand By, showdown, hibernate).
- Mouse controls will show OSD info and EPG.
- Background color will be saved only if transparency option is set to "without".
- Update Russian language v0.02 by vitalbon thanks to him.

What is new?

- Call channel by number is partially rewritten for all remote types Twinhan, WinLIRC, Girder and KB;
- Typing channel number is standardized, transparent, selective typewriter length up to 4 digits without duration.
- Add hot key to select typewriter length, something like TV remote.
- Add hot key to enable/disable sleep timer.
- Sleep timer settings will be saved.
- Some updates for main OSD.
- Update Russian language v0.03 by Vitalbon, thanks to him.
- Some other updates.

What is new?

- Remarked EPG internal parser;
- Show extended description for any channel uses table 55 or 54.
- Show EPG info for any channel uses the same format as "Total TV" and "SBB" 16E.
- Some fixes for EPG, thanks to vitalbon for feed back and bug report.
- Add new hot key to copy current channel information, may be useful to feed hunters;

How to use?
Copy GoldenOSD.dll and all attached files and folders to ALTDVB's folder.
altloader.exe will be used for 2 functions:-
1st
To restart ALT-DVB by remore.
2nd
In case of changing audio language by remote, A restart is needed to apply the change,
So it is required to do a self restart.

* EPG:-
# Internal parser
- All what you need to show EPG in your local language Is to set your windows local language;
For example:-
Control Panel--Regional and Language Options--Advanced--
then select your language from (Language for non-Unicode programs).

# Altdvb parser
From altdvb settings
- Enable EPG in main window
- To see description you must switch to EPG/channel tap below video window.

* Volume control:-
1- From altdvb (direct show settings) select Default DirectSound Device as Audio Render.
2- Assign other hot keys for (volume up, down, mute) for the plugin,
(Must not be the same in ALT-DVB) .
3- Adjust volume level from altdvb to be the maximum.

Hints:-
- Transparency can be used with any video render (overlay mixer, vmr7, video render).
- Transparency is not compatible with vmr9 due to flicker.
- when changing menus' size wait for about 2 sec until channel list is shown
- Changing between (all satellites and single satellite) modes requires restart.
- CH+ and CH- will be used only for OSD channel list.

What is new?
- Some improvements and updates for main OSD.
- Copy channel information will show chroma format, frame rate and multiple frame rate flag (beta).
- Copy channel information will get FEC from NIT stream.

Golden-OSD 2.58 for ALTDVB
What is new?

- Some important fixes.
- Add auto mouse hide in full screen, thanks to Vitalbon for his nice suggestion.
- Updated copy current channel information, thanks to Robertino66 for test and feed back.
- Volume bar colors can be customized.
- Found that enabling ALT-DVB background epg parser may make altdvb freezing when changing channel via OSD;
If you face this problem you can disable B.G parser to fix it, as following:-
ALT-DVB > Settings > EPG
Then uncheck "Background EPG parser" and "Show channel EPG in main window (need restart)"
